RIO International Investments Ltd was incorporated in the BVI during 2002 - “The Investment Company” RIO International Investments Ltd is an Investment Company which has established and operated a bespoke range of licensed investment funds and management services. These had been designed exclusively for the RIO club private membership.

The company has provided a broad range of investment products which had included private and professional mutual funds these were Government licensed; the funds were offered directly to the Club membership. Over the years the company had designed several such investment products.

Since 2017 RIO has offered investment to a limited group of expatriate members, and due to regulatory cost and complexity the company changed its business model. The company shifted from the regulator activity- to offer a private contractual membership structure. The company simply trading and or investing in its own assets and sharing returns with its members via a private contract.

Importantly the company voluntarily wound up and de registered our private mutual funds, all investor liabilities had been fulfilled and the funds were formally discharged. That year we began to promote individually structured products. We are an experienced team supported by dedicated administrative company based in the Isle of Man. RIO International Investments Ltd and its dedicated administrators offer the RIO Club a comprehensive dedicated service.
