Atlas Fairweather IOM Ltd- Administration Company

Atlas Fairweather offers a dedicated general administration service from its Isle Of Man based office. This office provides and supports an online statement facility for experienced Investors, which enables the Club members to check on their investments from any internet enabled device, such as smart phones / tablet computers. As administrators they also handle the processing of applications.

Atlas Fairweather remains an important service provider for RIO and has been providing its services to the RIO membership since 1995. The company had previously been charged with the responsibility for the enforcement of regulatory compliance for our licensed private and Professional mutual funds, these were voluntarily wound up when our business needs changed. Regulatory cost and complexity had increased, and given the fact that RIO has always served what is a closed group of members we had the opportunity to embrace change. RIO conducts private membership based arrangements, namely individual investments.

RIO membership always been by invitation and or referral only, this to better serve membership goals. Atlas Fairweather Ltd was replaced by Atlas Fairweather IOM Ltd a company incorporated in 2003. This company has maintained an office in the Isle of Man since 2004 to enable the provision of general administrative support for the continued expansion plans of the RIO club.

Atlas Fairweather IOM Ltd has continued to evolve, the company representing an important and strategic part of the general administration service provider for RIO. Operating from the Isle of Man headquarters Atlas Fairweather handles all negotiations with investment houses, on behalf of both RIO International Investments Ltd incorporated BVI 2002 and the RIO Club.
